What to send before a shortlist request

A shortlist request works best when we know the district, the budget and the timing. Send those three and you get a dated comparison table back, not a list of listings. Every apartment in it is scored on the same eight fields on the same day.

Send in one message

  1. District or two you would consider, plus any you would refuse.
  2. Total budget in UAH or USD, including the buyer-side fee.
  3. Move-in window, and whether the purchase is cash or mortgage-backed.
  4. Non-negotiables: floor, lift, parking, building age, ceiling height.

If a reply or a document status is late, write to the managing director at contact@freelanwce.com with the shortlist reference. You get a written answer within 5 business days, and the coordinator on the file stays named in the thread.

We send a dated comparison board within one business day: district, price per square metre, document status. No fee is charged until an engagement letter is signed.

Viewings and document reviews are coordinated from the Kyiv office. Walk in during office hours, or ask for a slot when you send your shortlist.

Finding the office

Antonovycha Street runs south from the city centre. The Horizon business centre is on the east side of the street, about a six minute walk from the Teatralna metro exit. Enter through the courtyard arch and take the lift to the seventh floor.

The building has no visitor parking. Paid parking is available on the adjoining block, and trolleybus routes stop within 200 metres of the entrance.

We do not embed a third-party map. This written note is the same direction text we attach to every viewing confirmation. If a step of the process falls short, email contact@freelanwce.com with your shortlist reference and the office will reply in writing within two working days.

Response commitment

Every shortlist request is logged with the date it arrived. The commitments below run on Kyiv business hours, Monday to Friday, and apply to every client in the same way.

  • Request received 1 business day Written acknowledgement with the name of the coordinator handling your file.
  • First questions answered 2 business days Replies on district availability, price per square metre and document status.
  • Viewing slots offered 3 business days Two or more time windows per apartment, confirmed in writing before you travel.
  • Document set delivered 5 business days Eight named documents, each marked verified, in review or missing, with the date of the check.

Complaint path

  1. Raise the issue with your coordinator by phone or email, quoting the shortlist reference.
  2. If it is not settled there, it moves to Emma Garcia, Managing Director, contact@freelanwce.com.
  3. You receive a written position within 5 business days.

Re-check policy

One re-check of a delivered document set is free of charge if you request it within 10 business days. The re-issued list carries a new check date, and any status that has changed is marked alongside the previous one.
